The River Valley Civic Centre, "a place for everyone", is located at 11 School St, between Southern Victoria High School and Andover Elementary School.  The centre houses the Recreation Commission offices, an ice surface, indoor walking track (scheduled hours), a canteen, a boardroom, a large meeting/activity room, and the Active Living Fitness Centre.

Bouncy Castle Party
Includes:  room rental for 2 hours, set up and tear down.  Users must clean their garbage, etc.
2 hours - $90 +HST

Glow Parties
Includes:  room rental for 2 hours, music, glow paint for faces, glow bracelets.
10 youth: $100 +HST
15 youth: $115 +HST
20 youth: $125 +HST

Pool Parties
Includes:  2 lifeguards and use of pool.
$75/hr +HST
